Every day I have a process goal to perform two five-minute balanced breathing sessions. At this point I have been just good with actually doing it. I use the Inner Balance App as a biofeedback tool which helps me track how I do. I don’t need the App to do it, but it of course helps me determine how well I am performing the technique. When my autonomic nervous system is in balance it registers as being in the green. When close it registers in ‘blue’ and out of balance ‘red.’ Once the session is over a percentage is given on a summary screen. See the picture below.
Now is the time to really up my game. I want to be 90% in the green at least once a week. In order to achieve this I will have to work on my breathing technique and work on my focus. I can’t let my thoughts get away from me. I have had some things work for me in the past and will need to capture them and I will share what works. More later. God Bless!
