The Good Old Ways

 

Sometimes I get caught up in trying to do something new that I forget that sometimes the old ways work just fine.  In particular, I had been wracking my brain to think of some new way to mix it up when going back was a lot simpler.  It was effective then and we’ll see if it is going to be effective now.

Today I did 100 air squats, 75 push ups and 75 bicep curls.  We’ll see how sore I am tomorrow.  🙂 

Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives to all generously and without criticizing, and it will be given to him.
