Mayday 9: The Right Breath


This morning I focused a little more on the mechanics of my breath.  Sometimes I have to go back to the basics of diaphragmatically breathing.  I put my attention on ensuring that my stomach extends (like filling a balloon) on the inhale and sucking in my stomach on the exhale.  As a result my session this morning was much better.

You might have noticed that this month I am featuring my dog as post pictures.  He passed last year in May and I thought it would be a nice tribute for him.  Sweetest dog I have ever known.  Miss him.
