I have always liked to run. I may have talked about it before, but today it dawned on me another aspect of why I like to run. I dislike running on a treadmill. I have to be outside, I have to be out in the elements, and especially be out running on days like today. And its a spiritual thing for me. And I realize that now. I am out in God’s creation running. Today the temperature was just right. Just on the cusp of being warm with a nice breeze. A beautiful blue sky streaked with a few wispy clouds. The trees starting to don their green attire. And spring in full force. I am thankful for being able to do it, even if its only a short mile run, with my daughter, and just up and down my street. It always has been rejuvenating even when I am exhausted afterwards. Why? Because its God’s Creation and I am out in it. And I am more aware of that fact today than I was running back in the day. Okay I am rambling now. God Bless!
