So today I mixed it up and started, actually picked up from where I left off before Lent. Today was a strength day. Used the sliders, some straps, and actually busted out some dumbbells. It was good, nothing too taxing, but good. So if you are interested here is the structure for the month of April. Mostly I’m posting this to hold myself accountable. Thanks for your help on that. 😉
- Sunday: Day of rest
- Monday: Run
- Tuesday: Strength
- Wednesday: Run
- Thursday: Power
- Friday: Run
- Saturday: Strength
I was happy about today. However, my daughter needed some convincing. When I got home I told her we would go upstairs to exercise to which she replied, “No Run!” Reluctantly, she marched upstairs with me and once I put on some music for her to dance to and she was good. She even helped open up the closet door to help clean up some of the workout equipment.
