So Lent is over. I ran for almost 45 days straight. That pesky forced reset kept me from running one day during the season of Lent. I did however stay away from sugar the entire time. I can tell you it was nice to not have to run on Sunday, and as a result my run tonight was much better. So I am going to switch it up a bit and only run 3 days a week and get back to some strength and power workouts on those alternating days with of course a day of rest on Sundays.
I am glad I accomplished what I did and it served its purpose, but I am looking forward to mixing it up a little more with my workouts. More to follow. Quick post tonight, basketball on. 🙂 God Bless.
