I was sick yesterday. Well, sick isn’t the right word. I was under the weather. But was far enough under the weather to come home from work. I don’t know if it was a bug or something I ate. I got home had a light lunch and then went back to bed.
And slept…and slept…and slept. I ended up sleeping 5 hours. That my friends is not a nap. That is my body forcing a reset. I needed the sleep in order to fix whatever it was that had beset upon me. Afterwards, I felt much better and still got a decent night’s sleep last night.
As a result, today was much better. In fact not bad at all. Even had a relatively easy time at my balanced breathing this morning before I started work. Check it out.
