Goal Accomplished


I met my goal of 70,000 steps this week.  Where to go from here? That is the question.  I think I am going to up the threshold on my fitbit from 9,000 to 10,000 steps per day.   And we’ll see how it goes the next week.  Going to be upping the mileage on my runs too.

Been a good Saturday.  Got some good quality time with my wife, my daughter and even worked on a dad project out in the garage, which will be the subject of a future post.  Have a good one and God Bless!
