The only thing keeping me awake and conscious today was inertia. I didn’t get a good night’s sleep again and all the extra sleeping I got this weekend is all but in the rear view mirror. Even after one or two nights of poor sleep I don’t feel this bad. And then I remembered. Last year my wife and I did the Whole30 program in April and again in September. I remembered how I felt about a week into that. Same way I feel now. My body is dealing with not having any sugar and trying to exercise regularly. Mystery solved. How bad must sugar be for you?
So today I stayed in motion in order to get through my day at work. And then maintained that to run. Of course perpetual motion is the norm for the life of a two-year old and those following after her. However, I did stay still long enough to be stickered by the little one. Daddy is a good sport. Even ran with them on.
