Fix It or Forget It

Okay the end of the week and time to analyze the data.  Lets start with sleep and it’s not a pretty picture.  It’s almost like we’re back with a newborn in the house given the lack of sleep that we’re getting.  I took a nap today and that helped matters.  I don’t feel quite so bad.  I will probably take naps the rest of this long weekend, but the question is how to fix this trend.

Next we’ll address balanced breathing exercises.  Started strong and finished strong.  Both of those days I didn’t try to rush it and was able to clear my head a bit while I did it.  And it is one of those things were the more you do it the better you get at it.

And finally my steps for each day and activity.  This is the good news story this week.  You may notice that the goal line is now at 9000 steps.  Since, I had exceeded 8500 steps each day this week I upped the goal to 9000.  But, now that I am running I need to run and do the strength and power workouts.  So eventually I want to get over 10,000 steps a day as well as have more active minutes.

And there we have it.  Why collect the data if you are not going to do something with it.  Change things, push your self, set new goals.  We’ll see how I do this coming week.  Good night and God bless.
