and its going to get real
After today our Whole30 experience will be over…or will it. This is the discussion my wife and I have had over the past week and what we each have been thinking about. Needless to say what we have learned and the benefits we have gained we want to keep going. I will talk about our reintroduction plan, or at least my side of it come May.

But that is not what today’s post is about. The shole Whole30 challenge and experience brought me back to thinking about balance and what makes a dad functional. If it starts with the food where does it go next? So my wife and I are going to do a new challenge. We’re calling it the May Meditational Challenge. Body, mind, spirit. The bootom line is that we are going to do something whether it be meditation, balanced breathing exercises, yoga, or mindfulness everyday for the month of May. I will do my best to update and inform on the what, how and why. Maybe its something you wnat to try. Stay tuned and God Bless!
