And that means only 9 days left on this Whole30 trek. Wow has it been three weeks already. Lunch today was really good and it was leftovers from my wife’s impromptu stir fry. It truly is amazing what she can just whip together with what we have in the fridge.
I am so blessed to have her help through this journey. I followed the stir fry with a salad. And I did remember to bring my ginger green tea.
I have been going over in my some ground rules of what I am going to let back in to my diet and what I am not. Soda is just not gonna get back in on any kind of regular basis. I’m thinking maybe, and that’s a big maybe, once a week. I am also going to try to steer clear of energy drinks unless it is absolutely, like I’m not going to make it through the afternoon without passing out from exhaustion, necessary. Other stuff I am not so sure of yet. I figure right now start a list of what I really don’t miss and what is really not good for me.
