I have to tell you, I am very thankful that the weekend is here. I will get to get some much-needed sleep. Finished up the casserole this morning and the ice coffee with unsweetened almond milk is satisfying the caffeine fix in the morning. Also seemed to have less cravings today. This afternoon I noticed that compared to this past Monday I wasn’t nearly as tired. The biggest issue that I have now as we move into our second week on the Whole30 has been snacking. As in if and what I can. My wife and I will delve into this possibly this weekend. What’s allowed, what’s not, etc.
Recipes
So my wife has really knocked it out of the park this week when it comes to meals. And they do really great as lunch leftovers. Her Turkey Cabbage Skillet was so good we did it twice this week.

And if you are interested in the breakfast casserole here it is.

Here is a link to the Whole30 recipes if you are interested in them.
“In every way I’ve shown you that by laboring like this, it is necessary to help the weak and to keep in mind the words of the Lord Jesus, for He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ””
