Tuesday Bluesday 5


Today I am going to be short and sweet.  Which was not at all like my day 5 of the Whole30 program.  It was a long day and not nearly sweet enough, but that is why I am doing this.  Woke up dead tired again with no energy.  Even after eating the egg casserole and dringking some coffee I got nothing.  My mind was in a fog and this afternoon I couldn’t find some what should have been easy accessible words.  One of my students who had undertaken this program said he had felt bad the first two weeks.

Highlights

If there were any highlights they would have to be my lunch leftovers and dinner.

Ground turkey, cabbage, carrots and apples.

Some biometric data to track.  Now I don’t need to lose a lot of weight.  My wife says I hit the genetic lottery as I don’t tend to pack on the pounds.  However, there is a donut hanging around my midsection which is not a good thing.  But I am weighing in at 161 pounds.  And my resting heart rate is 51.
