So finished off this week and did well with my workouts. Our little girl went to the pediatrician and is pushing 15 lb. So its a good thing I have 15 lb dumbbells at work. It has been a week and a half avoiding sugar and I can tell you that its tough. Especially when checking out at a supermarket. All those candy bars calling out to me, but I have been strong. I decided to do a table for the workouts this past week so you wouldn’t have to try and decipher my chicken scratch handwriting.
