Goals for the week ahead

My schedule this week is going to be pretty packed at work and I know that I will not have the opportunity to get in as many workouts as I would like or on any kind of a regular basis.  So I am going to lay out some goals and try to get them accomplished when I can.

Flexibility and Core

Last week I combined some yoga moves with push-ups and that seemed to  work out well. So this week I want to do the same thing.  I want to get 9 sets of the exercises done.  That would break down to 3 sets for 3 days.


I want to run 3 times this week a mile each as a minimum.


My wife’s walking dvd’s surprisingly have some agility moves in them.  By ramping up the intensity I can get some good entry level agility work in.  I plan of doing them with her at lest 3 times this week.

I also want to get 10,000 steps 5 out of seven days this week.

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
