As you know, well if you have been reading the last couple of posts that Nutrition is one of the areas I would like to focus on. While I don’t eat all that bad I don’t eat as well as I should. My three big meals for the most part are healthy, my snacking tends to be on the less than desirable side (Snickers anyone?). And I would like to eat more fruits and vegetables each day. So instead of cutting out any foods or snacks that aren’t that good for me I am going to add in healthy choices. The hope then is that the healthy choices become permanent and consumption of the not so good ones is reduced and maybe even eliminated. The first add in that I have done this week is pretty easy if not cliche. I have been packing and eating an apple after lunch for an afternoon snack.
