Building structure for my workouts

So after a week of contemplation and a pretty busy week at work I now know how I am going to structure my workouts for the week. The basic plan will allow me to plug and play the exercises and activities more easily.

Once I had my focus areas my wife and I brainstormed some of the exercises I can do in each area.  Some of the exercises can do double duty in two or more of the focus areas so I should have my bases covered.

Things to consider as I build my weekly workouts.  When I can do them and where.  I am limited to what I can do at work.  Probably not a good idea to start doing agility drills up and down the halls so I will have to figure out when and where will be best for those.  Another thing to consider is what I can do everyday and what I should do only a few times a week.

So there is the structure.  The beauty of having a chart like this is that I can get a quick visual of what I have to do and when and I can input different exercises or workouts as I go.  Over the course of the next week I try to talk a little about how and what I am doing to fill in those X’s with an activity or exercise.  But for now there is the plan.
