Christmas my true love (my lovely wife of course) had arranged for me to do: 12 wood chop side lunges, 11 basic crunches, 10 air squats, 9 lunges, 8 bicycle crunches, 7 push-ups, 6 chair dips, 5 maaaan makers, 4 clean and presses, 3 burpees, 2 sideways planks and a plank for 30 seconds. And so the 12 Days of Christmas Functional Dad Challenge is complete.
It has been a lot of fun doing it and as the new year comes I think I am going to continue with the challenges as well as approach my functional dad fitness with more intentionality. Merry Christmas and God Bless!
