Christmas my true love gave to me: 10 air squats, 9 lunges, 8 bicycle crunches, 7 push-ups, 6 chair dips, 5 man makers, 4 clean and presses, 3 burpees, 2 sideways planks and a plank for 30 seconds. Monday and back in the thick of it. For the most part the workout is fun and pretty easy. Except for the planks, which I know I seem to make a comment on every post.
Only two more days of the challenge and then I am going to have to think about week after Christmas and the coming year. Hmmm I shall ponder this. God Bless!
