The FDCC my true love had me do: 9 lunges, 8 bicycle crunches, 7 push-ups, 6 chair dips, 5 man makers, 4 clean and presses, 3 burpees, 2 sideways planks and a plank for 30 seconds. whew! The planks are getting better but still tough. This will round out this week for me and I will resume the challenge next Monday.
