The FDCC (Functional Dad Christmas Challenge) my true love laid out a plan for me to do: 8 bicycle crunches, 7 push-ups, 6 chair dips, 5 man makers, 4 clean and presses, 3 burpees, 2 sideways planks and a plank for 30 seconds.
So 3 burpees is not really all that taxing as my wife pointed out to me, but taken in the context of the whole workout its not too shabby. To be honest the whole workout isn’t too bad at all. However, the sideways planks for 30 seconds each side are still pretty difficult. Only 4 more days to go in the challenge!
