Christmas, the soreness started to settle in and its in my core muscles. Clearly, I haven’t been working them as much as I should. So very beneficial that I am doing the planks. But I digress. On the fifth day I did 5 Man Makers, 4 Clean and Press, 3 Burpees, 2 Side Planks, and a front Plank for 30 seconds.
Going to resume the challenge on Monday so I can recover a little. Have a great weekend and God Bless!
