Christmas functional dad did these sets. Four clean and presses, 3 burpees, two sideways planks, and one forward plank for 30 seconds. This is actually quite fun. Recommendation for modification. Since I am not in tremendous shape I am only going through the exercises one time. If you are of the mind you can do two or three sets. Maybe next year I will do that.
