Much like I did earlier this summer I finished up yesterday’s last set today. Now I’m not lifting much weight so I’m not breaking down muscles like you would when isolating muscle groups and giving them time to recover. Remember my goal is not to build muscle mass which require you to break down the muscle and then allow the muscle to recover. My goal is to be able to function as a dad. A goal where I am tracking pretty good. God Bless!
