Consistency versus Perfection
So today I didn’t get it done. Had every intention of finishing my last set, but just got occupied by other things at work and was going to finish up at home. And that just didn’t happen. But the goal isn’t perfection its consistency. Perfection is unrealistic and if that is what I was trying to achieve I would have stopped a long time ago. That was one of my issues with the P90X program. Its a great program but I ended up starting and stopping it several times because I had an unrealistic goal of trying to follow the regimen perfectly, which is hard to do given my work schedule. So today I didn’t get my last set finished but I did get three sets done. Tomorrow I might even finish the last set like I did earlier this summer before
