If you talked to our OB/GYN he’d say we don’t hit week 37 until tomorrow. We still are thinking its Week 38 and next Monday is the day. I may be totally off but that’s my story and I am sticking to it.
Able to get my workout sets done and upped the reps of lunges to 20 after a runaway set. So feeling good about workouts and water intake. Sleep is still hit or miss but now have a new goal. Have hit over 83,000 steps two weeks in a row. So now I have a new goal of 85,000 steps this week. Sunday hit 11,011 and today I hit 12,564. Going to need roughly 12,000 steps a day. I am a little behind and will have to make up some steps somewhere this week.
