Week 37 Day 4: Code Cracked…

At least for me.  I cracked the water code and had two days of achieving my goal of 64 oz.  It boiled down to two things: time and container.  I have seen others carry around a big jug of water that contains all of the those 64 oz.  That’s just not feasible in my case but they are on to something.  So as I said yesterday I started off my day with 16 oz.  Once at work I bust out another container that has 24 oz and sip from that all morning and finish it with my lunch.  Then in the afternoon I have another 16 oz bottle that I will start but not finish until on my way home.  Then after my wife and I walk I will finish with another 8 oz.  Not rocket science I know but it seems to be working for me.  Tomorrow will the true test and is it sustainable on the weekends.

“Baby, a rock by. Treetop you are in.”

Do not despise the Lord ’s instruction, my son, and do not loathe His discipline; for the Lord disciplines the one He loves,
