Week 13 Day 3: Shuffle, shuffle

Today I decided to do something different.  Well not truly different, just different for a Wednesday.  Since I didn’t get my sets done yesterday I decided to do them today.  FullSizeRender 7And by doing so shuffled my work
outs around. It was something I was thinking about doing anyway. So I just started my workout from yesterday over today and from here on out will do today’s workout which includes the man makers, Lunges, French Presses on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and vice versa with my other workout.  And I am sure that I will change things up yet again.  It’s important to keep things fresh and challenging so that you can keep that momentum going.  I am thinking that I am going to need some agility drills for when the little girl starts walking, but that is not for a while yet.  Maybe when the weather gets a little cooler.
