So today I wondered how long it takes me to finish a set. Just to get an idea of how much time does this take out of the day. I timed my second set of the day and it took me a whopping two minutes and twenty-eight seconds. So for 4 sets it took me roughly 10 minutes out of my day to complete. That’s not much at all. You might say well how can 10 minutes make a difference. It can make quite a bit, but also remember I am not doing this to get big or train for a spartan race or anything. Now to be fair when my wife and I walk at night we pick either a 20, 30 or 40 minutes program. So in total my exercise is at the most a little less than an hour of the day, and that I think is a pretty good return on investment.
When pride comes, disgrace follows, but with humility comes wisdom.
