Week 10 Day 2: Man Made

You will notice below a new set of initials for an exercise.  Man Makers.  They utilize a set of dumbbells. First you do a bicep curl and press then down into a push up position by doing a squat thrust.  I will post a video later on this week when I have some time to film it.  Anyway its a pretty good exercise that works the whole body.  God Bless!FullSizeRender 5
