Week 9 Day 1: Easing on back

So today I decided to get back into it and was cautious.  I was able to get two sets in and then instead of trying to push it decided to finish out the day with the yoga poses and stretching.  Additionally, I busted out the old foam roller to work on my IT band and hamstrings.

“Noone puts foam roller in the corner.”

Another thing I do to bring balance is get a verse each day from my Bible App.  Here is today’s verse:

Now the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will personally restore, establish, strengthen, and support you after you have suffered a little. 1 Peter 5:10
