Today got out on the river to kayak with a neighbor. Quite the shoulder workout and I know I am going to be sore as it was a two and a half hour journey. And while I will probably be feeling it in a day or two I wonder what it would have been like if I hadn’t been working on my shoulders with my workouts. Might not have even finished. Needless to say no Functional Fitness workout in addition to the kayaking. It was a great ride and always a good thing to get out and experience the beauty of God’s World. God Bless!
