Another Week, Another Weekend
So here’s the thing I didn’t get it done today. Maybe it was a Friday. Maybe it was the fact that I just didn’t have the motivation, but I didn’t get my last set done today. The real reason is I had a short Friday at work and didn’t get my last set in. So what does that mean in the grand scheme of things…not much. I got over 10,000 steps in and have been pretty consistent so far. In fact I think a re-structuring is in order to up my game. God Bless!
