Week 6 day 1: Is it really week 6

Time may be flying when it comes to these workouts but it doesn’t feel like it in other aspects. We just entered the third trimester and sleep has been a premium for both of us.  We both are ready for the baby girl to get here. It pains me to see my wife tired and having to deal with the physical changes pregnancy has brought on. She is a trooper though and pushes through as best she can. Just wish there was more I could do to help. Where by the way the Who’s Your Daddy app has been a tremendous help.

And 13,453 steps. Tomorrow going to show you some trends I have noticed based on FitBit data.
