So here is my workout today. Interesting thing happened today at work. Where I like to break up the circuit training to once an hour throughout the day, today I got sidetracked early and needed to get it done almost all at once. In the past I might have just gotten one or maybe two circuits done today I got them all.
In order to do so I gave myself a small reward after each circuit was accomplished. Pretty cool and as I look back I feel good that I was able to get all my sets and reps in. I was also able to get 10,000 steps in by doing a 30 minutes walk with my wife.
