It’s Father’s Day. While we have always celebrated Father’s Day (we have two dogs) this one definitely has a different feel to it. Maybe that is my excuse for not meeting my goals. Going to walk with my wife later today, but I fell shy of my pushup, air squat, bicep curl, and military press goals for last week. So I am going to roll them into this weeks goals. While it is a little discouraging it still is more than what I was doing before.
400 pushups, 400 bicep curls, 400 air squats, and 400 military presses.
On the Functional Father front (how’s that for alliteration) my wife found an app for first time fathers called Who’s Your Daddy. I will get it and see how it works. Check out the Test Drive page for more in about a week.
