Wednesday. 100 push-ups and 100 air squats done. Also walked with my wife. Halfway through the week and tracking nicely. This is getting easier. While I am not going to set new goals for this week I am starting to contemplate what to do for next week. Maybe start to implement some kettle bell or weights into the equation.
