Week 2 Day 4

This will be quick.  I got it done. Today’s goals were 100 bicep curls and 100 Military press.  Was able to get it all done at work.  The big issue is that Friday of this week I have off and its gonna be a challenge to get my pushups and air squats done. We’ll see.
